Funk Drummer around the world
Funk came out of one place and went everywhere. So did the app. Below are 5-star App Store reviews from 32 countries, each one quoted in full, in the language its author wrote it in, exactly as it stands on the store.
Nothing here is edited, shortened or tidied up, typos included. Where a review is not in English there is a translation underneath, marked as such, so you can always tell which words are the reviewer's.
Europe
The app's biggest audience outside the US, and the one that writes in the most languages.

โ โ โ โ โJust ridiculous I play in a band. Sometimes our ( very good) drummer cant make rehearsal. When he cant, we use this app. It is ridiculously good. Its feel, its sounds and its grooves are as good as his....... And we only have to press a button to shut this up........ And its not constantly adjusting its cymbals ...... Ridiculously good

English: “Absolutely brilliant” I am completely taken with all the Lumbeat drummers, but Funk Drummer is my favourite. Great both for practising, as a mega-metronome, and for my audio experiments with Ableton. A clear recommendation, even if the interface is a little idiosyncratic. Tip: definitely buy the two extra drummers.

English: “Great as always!” Even though we are a long way from apps of this kind on a PC, the result is thoroughly respectable and lets you create interesting things on the move, or for a quick jam.

Where these come from
Straight from the App Store, one storefront at a time
Apple publishes customer reviews per country storefront. These were taken from that feed, one country at a time, and only 5-star reviews were kept. The country shown is the storefront the review was published in.
Countries missing from this page are not countries without players: Apple's review feed returns nothing for a storefront more often than not, so this is a floor, not a ceiling.
